LY series temperature and humidity controller adopts high-performance sensor, which has the characteristics of high sensitivity, fast response, strong anti-interference ability, high reliability, good stability, etc. It can be used for a long time in strong electric field, strong magnetic field and various harsh environments. This product is widely used in high-voltage cabinets, central cabinets, ring network switchgears, outdoor terminal boxes, box type substations and other equipment. When the humidity in the operating environment is too high to be dewed or the temperature is too high, the controller will start the fan or/and heater load to regulate the ambient temperature, thus damaging the condensation conditions, thus avoiding creepage and flashover caused by moisture, condensation or temperature factors under high voltage, preventing more serious accidents, and ensuring the normal operation of power equipment and smooth transmission operation.
LY series temperature and humidity controllers are divided into basic type and intelligent type. The intelligent type has the function of digital tube display, and the temperature and humidity settings can be set.
Product model and description
◇ This product is mainly used for power equipment (such as outdoor terminal box, central cabinet, ring network switchgear, underground substation, instrument box, etc.) and other occasions where it is necessary to prevent low temperature freezing, high temperature overheating or condensation. It can effectively prevent various accidents caused by low temperature, high temperature or condensation, and ensure the safe operation of the main equipment.
◇ The temperature and humidity sensor monitors the temperature and humidity information of the external environment in real time. When the humidity of the measured environment is greater than the set value, the dehumidification load will start to reduce the environmental humidity. The temperature and humidity controllers are divided into temperature rise type, temperature drop type and temperature rise and drop type.
◇ Cooling type: when the ambient temperature exceeds the set value, start the corresponding load to cool down the temperature.
◇ Temperature rise type: when the ambient temperature is lower than the set value, start to raise the corresponding load temperature.
◇ Temperature rise and fall type: monitor the temperature in real time. When the temperature is lower than the low temperature limit, start the heating equipment to raise the temperature. When the temperature is higher than the upper temperature limit, start the cooling equipment to lower the temperature, so that the monitored temperature can be controlled within a certain range; In addition, controllers of different models also have various additional functions, such as load disconnection alarm output, forced heating, communication and other auxiliary functions, which can better achieve the effect of intelligent monitoring.
