Our company’s RolinkPower ™ intelligent ring network switchgear system adopted Internet of Things technology, combined with online+offline services, to achieve the intelligent power consumption concept of the "unattended, attended" power distribution system. The system adopted intelligent ring network switchgear is characterized by miniaturization and environmental protection, integrates intelligent control and data service, and deeply integrates primary equipment and secondary control. The data is collected, analyzed and processed through the intelligent gateway, and stored by the cloud platform. Edge algorithms and big data analysis are used to judge the operation and "healthy" status of the equipment. Users can know the health status of the device in real time through the mobile phone APP or PC, and the data center conducts all-weather and all-around monitoring. The professional team works cooperatively throughout the whole process to provide users with "one-stop service" from the installation of terminal equipment, data access, data analysis, health warning, to the later operation and maintenance, and fault repair.
Our intelligent ring network switchgear covers SF6 gas charging switchgear series, solid switchgear series, and environmental protection switchgear series. At present, it is widely used in urban commercial centers, industrial concentration areas, airports, electrified railways, highways and other power distribution systems which requiring high reliability power supply system.
RolinkPower ™ system is composed by ring network switchgears, intelligent equipment, intelligent sensors, video monitoring equipment and system platform. The ring network switchgear includes SF6 gas insulated ring network switchgear, solid insulated ring network switchgear and environmental protection gas switchgear. Intelligent equipment mainly includes intelligent gateway, intelligent measurement and control terminal, intelligent temperature and humidity controller, wireless temperature measuring device, partial discharge monitoring device, fault arc detector, electrification locking device, guide rail type electric energy meter. Intelligent sensors mainly include temperature and humidity sensors, water immersion sensors, smoke sensors, SF6 gas monitoring sensors, intelligent access control and fan linkage devices. Video monitoring equipment includes ball camera and gun camera. The system platform includes server, system software, PC terminal and App.
On the basis of the traditional ring network switchgear, RolinkPower ™‘s intelligent ring network switchgear deeply integrates the primary equipment with the secondary equipment. By carrying intelligent control terminals and reducing the complicated secondary wiring of the ring network switchgear, it can realize real-time monitoring of the online operation status of the ring network switchgear and real-time perception of the health status.
The intelligent sensors installed in the ring network box use Lora wireless communication to communicate with the gateway in real time, and monitor the environmental temperature and humidity, water immersion status, SF6 gas concentration, smoke status, access control status and other parameters in the ring network box in real time to ensure the safe and stable operating environment of the equipment.
The gateway is connected with the camera through the network cable, and the gateway is built with AI algorithm, which can judge and process the video monitoring data.
