On September 10, 2022, Rolink Power company independently developed digital twin platform of intelligent Park was officially released and put into operation.

The platform adopts digital twins, AI identification, 5G communication, cloud computing, big data analysis and other new technologies. Through the application of digital 3D simulation model and AR/VR, the twin construction from physical park to digital 3D park has been realized. It provides a strong support for us to improve our internal management level, facilitate customers' immersive online visit and inspection, and provide efficiency and security for the operation of the park.

Visual device management

Through digital twin technology, the platform conducts three-dimensional modeling of intelligent workshop and production, inspection, test and other equipment in the workshop. Through the intelligent energy management platform, the operating status and key parameters of the equipment are obtained in real time, realizing the quantitative, lean and visual all-round real-time monitoring and management of the production site and manufacturing process.

No dead corner security and environmental management

The digital twin technology is used to comprehensively model the buildings, electromechanical pipelines, water supply and drainage, and fire protection pipelines in the park. Through the intelligent energy management platform, we can obtain the data of cameras, temperature and humidity, liquid level, gas, fluid sensors, etc. in real time, analyze the environmental data of the park, and twin system actual operation of the current park. Through big data trend analysis, correlation calculation of relevant parameters, AI identification and other technologies, the operation efficiency and emergency response capacity of the park have been greatly improved. It realizes a new generation of intelligent park management that can be controlled in advance, handled quickly in the process, tracked in a closed loop, and checked and rechecked afterwards.

Integrated energy management

The platform integrates new sensing technology, NB/LoRa communication technology and IoT management concept, and implements visual and quantitative management of production and living energy, photovoltaic wind power new energy, energy storage, micro grid and digital distribution room in the park. Conduct energy efficiency unit inventory, energy distribution control, energy analysis and statistics, and demand forecast for water, heat, gas, etc., and provide managers with real-time data of energy consumption in the park, health status of key equipment, abnormal energy consumption, energy consumption trend forecast and other information at any time.
